Diversity Reading List Site Updated

The Diversity Reading List (DRL), an online collection of philosophical works by members of traditionally underrepresented groups in philosophy, has recently been updated. The site’s purpose is to help philosophers include such authors in their teaching and research. It was created about 3 years ago and is managed by Simon Fokt (Edinburgh). He recently shared some of the recent changes to the site:

  • New streamlined look with less clutter and less clicking to get to the most used parts
  • Better functionality and appearance on mobile devices and lower resolution screens
  • Optimised for accessibility
  • Search function is improved and has some new filters
  • Social media support for the site is improved and sharing buttons are now on every list entry
  • A variety of minor improvements which make the site more functional

Click here to visit the DRL. And if you’re looking to help with the project, you can check out a variety of ways to do so here.
