The University of Freiburg has opened the Nietzsche Research Center, which it says is “the first in the German-speaking region and combines specialist knowledge from the fields of philosophy, philology, theology, law and medicine.” (more…)
The Bertrand Russell Archives and Research Centre at McMaster University has opened. While McMaster University acquired the Russell Archives 50 years ago, and has had a Research Centre focused on Russell since 2000, the collection is now in what the university newspaper, The Silhouette, reports is its own “state of the art facility.” (more…)
There is a new site dedicated to archiving the writings of and about the late, great, political philosopher Brian Barry.
