The Workbench is a new site for “conversations with academic writers on their craft,” created by Nathan Ballantyne, associate professor of philosophy, cognition, and culture at Arizona State University (ASU).

The Workbench will feature lengthy interviews with philosophers and other academics about their writing and other aspects of their work.

The first interview is with Ballantyne’s ASU colleague, professor Cheshire Calhoun. You can read it here. Following that will be interviews with Daniel Stoljar (Australian National University) and Roy Sorensen (UT Austin).
