Fugate from Beirut to Florida State
Courtney D. Fugate, currently Associate Professor of Philosophy and Civilization Studies at the American University of Beirut, has accepted the position of Associate Professor of Philosophy (tenured) at Florida State University.
Professor Fugate specializes in Kant and pre-Kantian German philosophy. He is author of The Teleology of Reason: A Study of the Structure of Kant’s Critical Philosophy (de Gruyter, 2016), among other things, and translator and editor of a number of works, which you can learn more about here (as well as hereĀ and here).
He takes up his new position at Florida State in the fall.
