Lenz from Groningen to Hagen


Martin Lenz, currently professor and chair of philosophy at the University of Groningen, will be moving to the Institute of Philosophy at FernUniversität in Hagen, where he will be professor of philosophy.

Professor Lenz works in the history of philosophy, especially medieval and early modern philosophy, as well as on topics in epistemology, metaphysics, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of language. He is the author of, among other things, Socializing Minds: Intersubjectivity in Early Modern Philosophy (Oxford, 2022). You can learn more about his research here and here. He will take up his new position at FU Hagen in June, 2024.
