Martin Pickup, currently at Oriel College, Oxford, has accepted a post as Senior Lecturer in Philosophy of Religion at the University of Birmingham.

Dr. Pickup works in metaphysics, philosophy of religion, and early modern philosophy. He is a co-investigator on the project, “Meant to Be: Resuscitating the Metaphysics of Teleology,” funded by the John Templeton Foundation. Earlier this year he won the Sanders Metaphysics Award.
