Philosophers Receive $600K for “Cosmology Beyond Spacetime”


Philosophers Nick Huggett (University of Illinois at Chicago) and Christian Wüthrich (Geneva) have won a $600,000 grant to support their “Cosmology Beyond Spacetime” project.

The project is a continuation of the philosophers’ work on the philosophical implications of quantum theories.

The grant comes from the John Templeton Foundation. It will be used to support pre- and post-doctoral fellowships, speaker series, meetings, and publications.
