Ben Caplan, currently professor of philosophy at Ohio State University, will become professor of philosophy at the University of Kansas, starting in Fall 2017. Professor Caplan works mainly in metaphysics and philosophy of language, and also has interests in philosophy of art and the metaphysics of gender. You can learn more about his work here.
