Brake from ASU to Rice


Elizabeth Brake, currently associate professor of philosophy at Arizona State University, is moving to Rice University, where she will be a full professor.

Professor Brake has written on marriage, sexuality, procreative ethics, the state’s role in disaster response, and Bob Dylan, among other things. She’s the author of Minimizing Marriage.

She takes up her new position at Rice this summer.
