Official Word on Ludlow from Rutgers
Following up on an earlier post, according to an official spokesperson at Rutgers, Peter Ludlow will not be joining the Rutgers faculty.
“When Rutgers learned of allegations against Professor Ludlow at Northwestern, the university requested relevant information from Professor Ludlow and his attorney,” spokesman Greg Trevor said in a statement. “This information was not provided. As a result, Professor Ludlow will not be coming to Rutgers University.”

This doesn’t seem to bode well for Ludlow’s purported claim to damages from Northwestern. Now, even if he were to win his suit against the university, it seems it will be harder to claim that they can be faulted for the loss of that potential income.
